The draw for the round of 16 of the 2018 edition of the Telkom Knockout draw was conducted on Monday night.

Defending champions Bidvest Wits, who won the cup courtesy of a 90th minute winner by Vincent Pule (now at Orlando Pirates) last year, will take a trip to face Nedbank Cup holders Free State Stars away.
