Trevor Noah is reportedly the owner of a luxury Los Angeles house
According to TMZ, The Daily Show host bought the Bel-Air bachelor pad for a whopping $20,995,000. That’s around R285 million!
The two-story home has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home theatre, an infinity pool and a 500-gallon (1 892 litre) custom saltwater aquarium.
While most luxury home owners can boast about having floor-to-ceiling windows, Trevor’s pad is surrounded by glass walls!
According to the agency that sold the house, the “just completed architectural home in prime Bel Air is the perfect marriage of innovative design and timeless sophistication”.
It added that the home is “masterfully designed for entertaining”.
Trevor is yet to confirm that he purchased the Top Billing worthy house, but according to real estate sources who spoke to TMZ, the South African comedian purchased the mansion through a blind trust.
We knew that the 34-year-old was making big bucks as host of The Daily Show and his popular standup comedy shows, but we had no idea that he on his way to being Oprah-rich!
Trevor is single after breaking up with his girlfriend of three years Jordyn Taylor, but he has three fireplaces to keep him warm!
He lives in New York when he is shooting The Daily Show, and reportedly owns a R130 million penthouse in Manhattan, but enjoys spending time in Los Angeles when he is not working.
Trevor spent the December holidays in LA with some of his South African friends, including Khaya Dlanga and Sizwe Dhlomo.
They visited Disneyland California’s Adventure Park and went paintballing together.
It seems that the group also stayed at Trevor’s new home.
Sizwe shared a picture of himself relaxing in an infinity pool on Twitter. The pool looks a lot like the one seen in the real estate agency’s pictures of the home. The image does not appear to be available on Sizwe’s account anymore.
