It was another great weekend for South Africa’s overseas contingency who dished out inspiring performances for their respective clubs.

Here’s a look at some of the results from their teams:

Lebogang Mothiba

Mothiba continued his rich vein of form for his French Ligue 1 side RC Strasbourg on Saturday night.

The lanky Bafana Bafana striker netted his sixth goal of the campaign in 10 outings as Strasbourg stunned Thierry Henry’s AS Monaco side 2-1. Mothiba netted just three minutes after coming off the bench and is equally just three goals shy of the league’s top scorer, French wonderkid, Kylian Mbappe, who sits on nine.

Lars Veldwijk

Lars scored his sixth goal of the campaign in 10 league outings for Sparta Rotterdam but could not help his Dutch Eredivsie side claim maximum points as they drew 1-1 with Roda JC.

Thulani Serero

“Cream” turned out for Vitesse Arnhem for less than 60 minutes as they suffered a 2-0 defeat to Excelsior.

Percy Tau

Tau played the entire match for his Belgian second tier side Union Saint-Gilloise on Saturday as they played to a 1-1 draw with KSV Roeselare.

Kamohelo Mokotjo

“Kamo” featured in the second stanza for his English Championship outfit Brenford, suffering a narrow 1-0 loss to Bristol City.

Dino Ndlovu

On Saturday, Ndlovu lasted the full 90 minutes as Zhejiang Greentown ran 2-1 victors over Yanbian Funde.

Greentown are in second spot and in strong contention for promotion though they trail leaders Wuhan Zall by nine points after 28 league matches.

Keaghan Jacobs

Though he did not find the back of the net this time around, Jacobs bagged two assists as Livingston ran riot of Dundee with a 4-0 thrashing in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Kgosietsile Ntlhe

“Kgosi” played the whole match, helping his side brush aside Bradford City 2-0 in England’s League One.
