Kaizer Chiefs Confirm Exit Of Three Players

Published

on

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the departure of three first-team players – Hendrick Ekstein, Kgotso Malope and Gustavo Paéz with immediate effect.
Ekstein, whose contract is set to expire in June, has seen his stay at Chiefs come to an end after the club opted to terminate his contract amicably.
The dribbling wizard joined the Amakhosi first team after been promoted from the development structures in October 2013.
Malope has seen little game time since being promoted to the senior team and was sent on loan to Moroka Swallows at some stage to improve his game but also struggled to nail down a starting berth upon his return to Naturena.
Venezuelan forward Paéz joined the Glamour Boys in January 2017 but he equally failed to live up to expectations and will not have his contract renewed.

Football Manager Bobby Motaung has also added that the club will be making further announcements of other players who will be leaving the club and those that will be joining the club ahead of next season.
