The Nike Air More Uptempo is beloved for its obnoxious, over-the-top design with the large AIR on the upper and the full-length visible Air Max bubbles. It’s perhaps one of the most recognized Nike Basketball shoes in history and despite current footwear trends of monotone, seamless, and knit constructed shoes, people seem to want more of the More Uptempo.
Supreme gave the world one of the craziest remixes of the shoes as it replaced the signature AIR detailing on the upper in favor of its name, and it appears that Nike is taking the same approach and honoring the sneaker capitals of America by gracing the shoe with these special cities. First up is Chicago, which gets a red/black colorway with CHI upholstered with satin materials. The shoes are set to release on October 28th, and given the shoe’s premium-level treatment, expect a retail price of at least ZAR2,537.29 .
The Nike Air More Money Arrives In A Familiar Gold Color Scheme
After the unveiling of an Air More Uptempo and a Little Posite 1 dressed in “Fuschia Blast,” Nike is adorning yet another retro silhouette with the unique, bold colorway: an Air More Money. Featuring bright gold leather detailing encasing the white mesh upper, the shoe’s colorful accents arrive via fuschia and blue detailing on the lace cover, lace loops, heel, and sockliner. A fuschia Air Max unit and white midsole/outsole with further blue and fuschia detailing tie together the shoe’s loud and bright look. Expect this grade school-only colorway of the Air More Money to arrive on Nike.com May 10th for $130 USD.

Official Images Of The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 “Cactus Jack”
The long wait for official images of the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 “Cactus Jack” collaboration is finally over. While official images are not always the best view or angle of a sneaker, they do depict exactly what the upcoming shoe looks like.
In certain cases this is not always newsworthy, but in an instance like this one where there are multiple versions of the shoe floating around, clarity is always important. According to the images you see below, the pair releasing at retail will include both “Cactus Jack” and Jumpman branding on its heels as opposed to the Nike Air-equipped pair that La Flame showed the world on his IG stories earlier in the week. Enjoy an official set of imagery below and tell us if you plan on picking up a pair when they release on June 23rd.

Air Jordan 1 “Satin Shattered Backboard” Releases On May 5th
One of the most beloved Air Jordan 1 colorways of all time – the Shattered Backboard – is set to reprise its role, with a bit different of a makeup this time around. Jordan Brand has taken some fan favorite AJ1 iterations and added satin materials to them in the past, and it is apparent that the SBB is next to receive that treatment. With luxe materials and an embroidered Swoosh, this new creation will release only for the ladies. This marks the most significant female-exclusive release in recent memory, since Nike and the Jumpman have started increasing their emphasis on the female consumer. Units are expected to arrive in a limited quantity on May 5th, but keep it locked for updates on how this pair will be made available.
