The opening weekend of the 2018/19 English Premier League will witness some scintillating fixtures, with all eyes set on league champions Manchester City’s clash away to Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium.

Gunners’ new manager Unai Emery faces a real test in his debut season at home before traveling to London rivals Chelsea on the second weekend of the season.

UEFA Champions League finalists Liverpool, will host West Ham United at Anfield, in what will be a return to the premiership for manager Manuel Pellegrini and his first competitive game in charge of the London side.

Championship winners Wolverhampton Wanderers make a return to the top division since 2012 and will take on newly appointed Marco Silva’s Everton at Molineux.

Cardiff City make the trip away to Bournemouth while Fulham host former manager Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace in a London derby at Craven Cottage.
