Mamelodi Sundowns Win Race For Andile Jali’s Signature

Andile Jali has put pen-to-paper on a five-year deal with PSL champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

The deal, which was concluded on Friday afternoon, ended months of speculation where the former Orlando Pirates midfielder would next play his football.

Jali returned to Mzansi in April after agreeing to a mutual termination of his contract at Belgian Jupiler Pro League KV Oostende, where he had plied his trade after leaving the Buccaneers for overseas in 2014.

The 28-year-old midfield maestro is reported to have held talks with his former club Pirates and their Soweto rivals Kaizer Chiefs before deciding on a move to Chloorkop.
