South African media personality, model and businessperson, Bonang Matheba will be hosting the prestigious Namibian Annual Music Awards to be held in the town of Walvis Bay.
Priding itself as an ‘Oasis of Opportunity’ and described as the jewel in the desert, the harbor town is this year host town for the 7th edition of NAMAs.
Bonang Matheba successful hosted the South African Music Awards last year even though she was only given 24hours to prepare after the preferred host Daily Show presenter Trevor Noah failed to come. We hope her boyfriend, hip-hop artist AKA currently riding high with his song ‘The World is yours’ will make it in the lineup as well.
This year’s edition will take place on Friday 28th April (Invitation only Industry Awards) and Saturday 29th April (Main awards).
The event will take place at the Namibia Development Corporation building situated in the Walvis Bay Extension 2 area.
