Orlando Pirates are notorious for bringing in players during the transfer window, and then sending them out on loan, only to return to the club at some point. But which players are likely to return to Mayfair ahead of the new season?
The past two transfer windows were very confusing where the Sea Robbers were concerned, and it looks like they could be very busy once again as they look to rebuild their squad.
One of the biggest names on the fans’ list is Andile Jali. The midfielder has been out of favour at KV Oostende in Belgium, and is reportedly interested in a possible return to Mzansi.
Jali’s love for Pirates is no secret, and it seems that donning the black and white shirt once again is a dream for him.
Meanwhile, Justice Chabalala could be recalled to the squad in order to help solidify the defence. He was sent on loan to Chippa United during the January transfer window.
In addition, another loanee who could be returning after the break is Maselaelo Seanego, following his stellar campaign in the NFD with Royal Eagles.
Seanego, himself, has expressed his desire to represent Pirates, and it seems he could be commanding the club’s midfield for the 2017/18 season.
